AUSTSWIM Online Professional Development (PD) Aqua exercises are such a great fitness choice for many people, but especially so for our older adult participants.
Our online professional development course will help deepen your understanding of health concerns and considerations for this population group. Explore and enjoy some fun and functional routines and activities to stimulate and invigorate!
The course involves:
- Conditions and considerations for the population group;
- Suitable routines and activities with movement modifications;
- Information on safe entries and exits
- Video footage and reading materials
- Assessment questions
A mark of 100% must be gained for each of the Older Adults Aqua quizzes in order to receive the PD hours and CEC Credits.
Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate with 4 AUSTSWIM PD hours / 2 Fitness Australia CEC credits / FITREC Level B towards registration.
